<머리말>
최근 산업현장의 안전과 보건에 대한 관심과 더불어 산업안전지도사 및 산업보건지도사 자격시험의 위상이 한층 높아지고 있습니다. 그러나 3개의 객관식 시험과목 중 하나인 ‘기업진단지도’의 상세한 해설을 제대로 담은 교재 및 강의가 아직껏 없는 것이 안타까운 현실입니다.
이에 필자는 2013년부터 모든 기출문제를 분석하고 필자의 모든 역량을 담아 ‘기업진단지도’의 기출된 모든 부분에 대하여 상세히 해설을 담은 교재를 목표로 집필하였고 그 결과물로써 본서를 출판하고 동시에 강의를 출시하기에 이르렀습니다.
특히 모든 기출문제를 출제기준에 따른 목차에 따라 분류하고 순서를 정하느라 상상하기 어려운 시간과 노력이 소요되었습니다.
본서는 산업안전일반의 이해에 관심 있는 독자들과 산업안전지도사 및 산업보건지도사 시험을 준비하는 수험생을 위한 해설서로써, 모든 내용이 시험에 적합하도록 내용 및 구성을 이루고 있습니다.
본서의 특징은 다음과 같습니다.

본서는 철저히 강의노트로써 필자의 강의가 수반되지 않고서는 시간만 뺏는 독배(毒杯)가 될 가능성이 높으며, 특히 기출문제는 강의로만 상세히 설명합니다.

고액결제의 경우 안전을 위해 카드사에서 확인전화를 드릴 수도 있습니다. 확인과정에서 도난 카드의 사용이나 타인 명의의 주문등 정상적인 주문이 아니라고 판단될 경우 임의로 주문을 보류 또는 취소할 수 있습니다.  

무통장 입금은 상품 구매 대금은 PC뱅킹, 인터넷뱅킹, 텔레뱅킹 혹은 가까운 은행에서 직접 입금하시면 됩니다.  
주문시 입력한 입금자명과 실제입금자의 성명이 반드시 일치하여야 하며, 7일 이내로 입금을 하셔야 하며 입금되지 않은 주문은 자동취소 됩니다.

교환 및 반품 정보

교환 및 반품이 가능한 경우

- 상품을 공급 받으신 날로부터 5일이내 단,  포장을 개봉하였거나 포장이 훼손되어 상품가치가 상실된 경우에는 교환/반품이 불가능합니다.

- 공급받으신 상품이 주문내용과 다른 경우


교환 및 반품이 불가능한 경우

- 고객님의 책임 있는 사유로 상품등이 멸실 또는 훼손된 경우. 단, 상품의 내용을 확인하기 위하여
  포장 등을 훼손한 경우는 제외

테이프, 플레이디스크, 서브종류 등은 상품특성상 교환 및 반품이 불가능합니다. 

- 복제가 가능한 상품등의 포장을 훼손한 경우

- 도서의 스프링 제본 선택시 교환, 반품, 환불이 불가능합니다.
